ApplyFit product pages explain their specific pricing and refund rules before checkout. This platform policy applies across the ApplyFit product matrix unless a product-specific refund page gives more detail.
One-time unlocks
One-time digital unlocks may be reviewed for refunds when there is a duplicate charge, payment error, or service failure that prevents delivery of the paid result.
Subscriptions
Subscription products can be canceled for future billing. Previous successful billing periods are generally not automatically refunded unless there is a duplicate charge, billing error, or access failure.
How to request help
Send refund requests within 7 days of the charge to support@applyfit.one with your account email, product name, payment date, and reason.
